Hate groups “thirlled” to see Sarah Palen leave.

By Staff On July 4th, 2009 in Biker News /

sarah1When we were looking for an article to post with a neutral report of Sarah Palen leaving, all we could find was hate groups doing reports via Google news. Which doesn’t shock us too much seeing Googles news only reports from liberal news sources. Of course we’re not going to link to any of them.

The big question is: Is she going to run for President in 2012? That is still in the future but we would recommend you watch her and her actions will tell us. She did keep saying “I need to do something that is good for the country” which can be taken so many different ways.

We did find a report from foxnews.com that at least gets an interview with her brother without stupid comments being added.

Biker shot in road rage

Or should we say “Be careful of whom you pick a fight with”

SOUTH PASADENA, FL - The 83-year-old man was on his way to visit his wife at the hospital Friday afternoon when he cut off a motorcyclist near the intersection of Gulfport Boulevard and Pasadena Avenue.

The motorcyclist, who was on his way home, instead followed the man into the rear parking lot of Palms of Pasadena Hospital, about a half mile away.

That’s when, authorities say, road rage got the best of the biker, identified as 64-year-old George S. Hall of St. Pete Beach.

As Nathan Snyder was about to exit his green Hyundai, Hall pummeled the old man with his fists, Pinellas sheriff’s officials said.

In response, Snyder grabbed a handgun he kept in his car and fired. He later told deputies that he was in fear for his life when he pulled the trigger.

Snyder hit his attacker once in the arm. The injury was not life threatening.

Flap erupts over candidate’s biker event

By Staff On July 2nd, 2009 in Biker News /

SUPERIOR, WI - Democrats are accusing Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott Walker of illegal campaigning during his annual Milwaukee County tourism promotion around the state.

In its complaint, the Wisconsin Democratic Party alleges Milwaukee County Executive Walker is getting free publicity from a corporate and taxpayer-funded motorcycle tour.

Walker says the attacks aren’t true. He says it’s “conspicuous” that Democrats are making a big deal of an event he’s done before. He says the tour is completely legitimate, and there’s a clear firewall between it and any political statements. Walker says he’s very grateful to be able to sell advertising to AirTran and ChooseMilwaukee.com “to compensate for any taxpayers dollars.”

Speeding biker jailed by Facebook evidence

By Staff On July 2nd, 2009 in Corneo's Corner /

We have said this before and we’ll say it again. The people who join your “friends” list, most of the time are not your friends.

Australia - A biker who denied a speeding charge, claiming the person seen riding his bike was a visiting motorcyclist from another country, has been jailed after Police used the internet to uncover his lies.

David Cox, 46, fled from Police after being clocked racing another motorcycle at 84mph on the A65 near Skipton, North Yorkshire.

But despite his attempt to scarper, Cox’s registration number was captured by a police camera. When later questioned, Cox claimed the rider of his bike at the time of the offence was a woman visiting from the USA.

Using the internet, Police tracked the woman and persuaded two state troopers in the US to check Cox’s claim. The woman denied the offence.
